Dr. Jacklyn Powers’ career began right here in Warrenton, Virginia. As a high school student, she first shadowed her mentor—our very own Dr. Woodside—at this very office. These early experiences cemented her passion for dentistry and patient-focused care. After years of education and professional growth, Dr. Powers has come full circle, returning to the practice where it all began to serve her community.
Meet Dr. Mahn
Dr. Douglas H. Mahn, a Long Island native, brings decades of experience, innovation, and leadership in periodontics and implantology. With an extensive academic background, he became a trusted specialist in Northern Virginia and beyond. Dr. Mahn has collaborated with Dr. Woodside, Dr. Sentz, and their associates for more than two decades, officially joining their practice in January 2025.

Deeply rooted in Fauquier County, Dr. Susan Griffin brings a lifetime of local commitment to her dental practice. From her family’s dairy farm to extensive community involvement, her dedication to service is evident.

Dr. Elaine Sours has dedicated over 42 years to general dentistry in Northern Virginia. Beyond her successful practice, she is a recognized leader in the Manassas community, contributing significantly through Rotary and other organizations.

Meet Your Team of Registered Dental Hygienists
Born and raised in Warrenton, VA, Aimee began her dental career in 2007 with Dr. Jennifer Woodside Pediatrics, where she discovered her passion for patient care. After graduating from dental hygiene school, she joined Woodside and Sentz Dental in 2012 and has been dedicated to providing exceptional service ever since.
In 2022, Aimee and her family moved to Florida, where she continued to practice dental hygiene part-time. Three years later, missing her loved ones and her hometown, she and her husband returned to Virginia. Knowing exactly where she wanted to be, Aimee rejoined the Woodside and Sentz family in June 2025.
With over 13 years of experience, Aimee is known for her gentle touch, patient-centered care, and ability to make every visit comfortable and positive. She takes pride in easing dental anxiety, promoting preventive care, and celebrating her patients’ oral health milestones. Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband, their three boys, and their yellow Lab—whether walking, baking, or simply enjoying time together.
Originally from Erie, PA, Dorie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty State College in 1992. Her husband’s career brought their family to Virginia in 1999, and they’re proud to call Fauquier County home. With over 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Dorie brings extensive knowledge, skill, and professionalism to our practice.
Dorie is deeply committed to building genuine relationships with her patients. She takes time to understand their individual needs and concerns, creating a comfortable experience for every visit. Known for her gentle touch and personalized care, she takes pride in helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles.
Outside the office, Dorie enjoys spending time with her husband—her high school sweetheart—their two grown sons, and their families. She loves exploring the outdoors, tending to her hobby farm, and connecting with friends and loved ones. With Dorie as part of our team, patients can always expect care that’s both compassionate and skilled.
With over 16 years of experience in dental hygiene, Megan is a dedicated and patient-focused professional known for her warm, personable approach and strong work ethic. She takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for every patient while delivering the highest standard of preventive care and education.
Passionate about promoting lifelong oral health, Megan combines her technical expertise with genuine compassion to build lasting relationships and trust.
Outside of the dental chair, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through regular workouts, and traveling to beaches where she can relax and recharge by the ocean.
Holly’s journey in dentistry spans over three decades, starting as an oral surgeon’s assistant and dental assistant before advancing her career by graduating cum laude from dental hygiene school in 1995.
Since January 2008, she’s been an integral part of Drs. Woodside and Sentz’s practice, dedicating over 16 years to their office. Known for her compassionate approach, Holly takes the time to understand and alleviate patients’ dental anxieties while educating them on the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two college-aged children, often exploring the natural beauty of Fauquier County through hiking and walking her dogs.
Hayley is a Virginia native who grew up and graduated here in 2022. She chose to become a dental hygienist to help create a welcoming space where patients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard, even when visiting the dentist isn’t always easy!
Now working in her community, she brings a loud laugh and upbeat attitude to every appointment, aiming to build genuine connections and make each visit as relaxed and positive as possible.
Outside the office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and kids. Her faith is the foundation of her life, guiding her approach to everything she does. She strives to live each day with joy and gratitude, both personally and professionally. She looks forward to helping you smile, because life’s too short for boring dental visits!
Jodi was raised in Wausau, Wisconsin—so naturally, she loves cheese! Her husband’s career brought them to Virginia, where she earned her Associate of Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College in 2022. Since then, she’s been a valued member of the Woodside, Sentz & Associates team, certified in nitrous oxide, local anesthesia, and soft tissue laser therapy.
Her passion for dentistry began after a childhood dental trauma was transformed by a caring pediatric dentist who showed her the power of compassion in care. Inspired, she worked as a sterilization technician, attended dental assisting school, and spent five years as a dental assistant before pursuing her true calling in dental hygiene.
Outside the office, Jodi loves spending time with her daughter and two dogs, Macie and Boomer. Whether at home or outdoors, family moments and furry companions are what make her happiest.
With over 12 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Brittany has a deep commitment to patient care. She takes pride in focusing on each patient’s individual needs and values the opportunity to be a part of creating effective solutions to achieve dental health.
Beyond work, she finds fulfillment in being a mom and cherishes family time at Outer Banks and Lake Anna.
