Dr. Jason S. Woodside

As the son of a dentist and physician, Dr. Jason Woodside carried on the family tradition of providing care to patients. Dr. Woodside received his education at George Mason University, where he graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and environmental science. He received his dental training at the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry, where he also graduated cum laude.


Dr. Woodside continued with his commitment to education, even after starting his own practice eight years ago. While running a general dentistry practice in Warrenton VA, he competed over 600 hours of continuing education classes. Through continuing education classes, he has learned the latest techniques in implantology, cosmetics, endodontics, prosthodontics and oral surgery. This rigorous extra continuing education is what allows him to be the best in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and sedation dentistry.

Dr. Woodside received many awards and accolades during dental school, such as:

  • Working toward becoming an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

Personal Information


Currently, Dr. Woodside works as a volunteer at the Fauquier Free Clinic. Eventually, he hopes to take his volunteering a step further by going on dental missions to third world countries.


When Dr. Woodside is not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time will his wife and fellow dentist Jennifer and their two children, Jake and Nina. During their free time, they enjoy going to the beach, aviation and traveling. He also likes spending time with friends and cultivating personal relationships.


His Patients


Dr. Woodside enjoys helping others, whether at his general dentistry Warrenton practice or in his volunteer work. He hopes to make lasting impressions on his patients. Patient care is the foundation of his practice, and he wants his dedication to his patients to shine through.


Dr. Woodside offers various treatments, including sedation dentistry. The sedation dentistry provided by Dr. Woodside is used to calm patients during dental procedures. He uses an oral sedation so his patients do not have to be frightened by needles or other sedation procedures.


The general and cosmetic dentist works to provide the best in diagnostics and treatments for his patients. He welcomes all patients, including those with dental fears, to visit his practice in order to receive compassionate care.

 

 


 

 

Dr. Thomas C. Sentz


Dr. Thomas C. Sentz attended Randolph Macon College (R.M.C.) where he achieved a B.S. degree in Biology. In 1973, he married his wife Ann, a native of Warrenton, VA., and graduated R.M.C. In 1977,he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland. The University of Maryland was the 1st Dental School in the United States and remains one of the most prestigious schools in the country.
 

He began his private practice career in Manassas, Virginia where he worked for 3 years with Dr. Jason Woodside's father. He then relocated back to Warrenton where he worked with Dr. Anderson on Main St. In 1986, Dr. Sentz bought Dr. Anderson's practice and, over the years, expanded it into a thriving comprehensive dental office that has been an icon for decades in old town Warrenton. The growth of the office continues as he recently opened a second location in Warrenton to accommodate the growing number of patients the seek his expert care.

 

Volunteer & Mission Work


In addition, to the continued excellence he provides his patients he has also devoted an enormous amount of his time to philanthropy. He has volunteered with the Fauquier Free Dental Clinic since its inception. He has treated countless patients in need over the years and has selflessly provided a necessary service to those less fortunate. His desire to serve his fellow man did not stop at the local level. He has made 31 dental missions to Central America through several nonprofit organizations. He is an active member in Austin Smiles whose focus is on cleft lip and palate repairs and the Belize Mission Project whose focus is General Dentistry. In 2004, Dr. Sentz started The Inter American Health and Development Organization (IAHDO) so he could further his mission work to Central America. With the inception of IAHDO he has recruited local Dentists to join him in his yearly trips to Central America.

 

Personal Information


In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, daughter and grandchildren. He also owns two art galleries on Main street in Warrenton where he has cultivated his passion for art. He has an exquisite taste in fine art and has helped multiple struggling artists showcase their work over the years. The galleries have also become a local Main Street icon by providing high quality paintings, sculptures and antiques that have become internationally known.
