Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file insurance claims with all insurance companies. We will help you monitor your insurance benefits and estimate your portion.

All estimated co-payments will be due at the time services are rendered. Any remaining balance not paid by your insurance company will be billed to you at the end of each month. Insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for all fees if the insurance company denies benefit.

Currently, we are providers for Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Dentemax and United Concordia.
